  • story of you and I :)

You made it into the house; a delicious smell transports you into the kitchen, where you uncover an array of stories cooking on the stove. Burning with curiosity, you stumble into the study, where deep and enriching ideas display lavishly on a wall-to-wall bookcase. Suddenly, you hear voices, so you check out the lounge area and meet a delightful community of people having the most epic conversations. You pull up a chair beside the tea and biscuits.

Just when you think the tour is done, you find a garage filled with all sorts of helpful tips and hacks. Naturally, you sprint to subscribe to the house of wordsmiths newsletter to re-live this precious moment.

  • Shall we?

    The year is 2022.

It seems that most of us are in awe. (What just happened?)

Blinked twice and fell into the twenty twos of the twenty. Here we are anyway, and in case you are reading this, happy new year! Still, with the sudden halt, everything we once enjoyed and claimed as ours, mine, forever evolved into closed, online and maybe never.

We are existing in complicated times, but as we are required to cover our faces let us uncover our words. Let us offer a way out for our experiences, thoughts and feelings. An outlet, if you must say. Let us write because we can, and because these words are waiting by someone who needs to read them or we need them ourselves.

    Let’s write.

  • A rather extraordinary home for writers

    Starts with a question….

We found ourselves going back to a thrilling place where we discovered a twin, a best friend or a secret.

For some of us it begun jokingly and yet for others, a new and daring pursuit.

We all felt it, being in our heads in the company of words; rushing and gushing, splashing and spilling out all over blank pages, like actors on empty stages, it escalates into a performance with no audience.

Eventually you find out that something different stirs within you, begging to be let out. (The hands that were just hands start to look like purpose)

Slightly forming the words with your mouth, you ask, “Am I a Writer? ”

Once upon a time you found this home so we could answer that question together.
